1. What is your company’s product/service?

Transformative consulting services for individuals, organisations, and governments: 1) ambitious “stretch” objectives, 2) organisational diagnosis, 3) strategic and leadership development, 4) transformational change management, 5) organisational cultural shift.

2. Where was it founded and where do you now have offices?
Founded in Chevy Chase, Maryland, USA. Present: PO Box 3656, Telluride, Colorado, 81435 USA.

3. Number of employees at peak (and now)?
35 at peak; now 8.

4. What was the hardest thing about building the company?
We are focused on “transformative” services. The difficulties: 1) defining what this means for clients, and 2) meeting the ensuing client load.

5. Where do you see your company in three years?
Now being implemented: presenting our core programme, “CRAFTING THE HUMAN FUTURE,” around the world, and providing seminars and training workshops around the world. The School for Transformational Leadership.

6. Do any other Ecolint alumni work with you?

7. In what ways (if any!) did your Ecolint education help you in founding a company?
An international outlook, working with people from around the world, free of the common interpersonal biases—all essential to our considerable success.
