Ecolint Geography Conference

Campus des Nations is organizing the second Ecolint Geography Conference on Saturday 11th November 2017.  

The conference is for all IB DP geography students from across the Foundation. Spaces will also be available for DP geography students from other international schools in the region.

The theme of the conference is ‘Possibilities’. The IB defines this concept for the DP geographers as:

"Possibilities are the alternative events, futures and outcomes that geographers can model, project or predict with varying degrees of certainty. Key contemporary questions include the degree to which human and environmental systems are sustainable and resilient, and can adapt or change."

The plan is to have a keynote speaker and then a series of shorter workshop type sessions that the students rotate through in groups.
